The Remodelers Council of the Building Industry Association of Central Kentucky ( BIA ) is proud to present the 31st Annual Tour of Remodeled Homes . Along the tour you will have the opportunity to view 8 exceptional remodels constructed by local professional remodeler members of the BIA . We encourage you to visit all of the projects this year ’ s tour has to offer to take in the latest industry trends , speak to local industry experts and develop ideas for your next potential project .
On the Tour you will find a wide variety of project types ranging from kitchens , bathrooms and whole home remodels that are sure to get your creative wheels turning . The Tour participants are ready to fill you in on all the project details and answer any questions , so please be inquisitive . Some example questions to get you started : What are areas that create value in my home today ? What does your company process look like for a project and / or client ? What other industry trends are you noticing ?
The tour is self-guided so please take your time along the tour and be sure to get all that you can out of these fantastic projects . Please do be respectful while you are on the tour and remember that not only have the BIA members shown off their project , but their clients are showing you their home .
Ultimately , the goal for the tour is to give BIA members an opportunity to showcase their beautiful projects and to give our community the chance to view in person . Whether that is simply appreciating the exceptional work performed on the project , gathering ideas for your next project , or vetting a remodeler for your next project , we are grateful for your interest , so thank you .
