Directions : Take New Circle Road ( KY-4S ) to Harrodsburg Rd . ( US-68W ). Take exit 2 toward US-68W Harrodsburg Rd . Keep right at the fork , follow signs for U . S . 68 W and merge onto US-68 W / Harrodsburg Rd . Turn right onto Fort Harrods Dr . Turn left at the 2nd cross street onto Snaffle Rd . Destination will be on the right 3403 Snaffle Rd .
This dark and dated house is now spacious and bright space with a more modern feel . In the kitchen , the wall paper was exchanged for bright neutral colors , the dated cabinetry was replaced with custom Bertch brand cabinets , and the countertops were swapped out for stylish Caesarstone tops . Each of the bathrooms were upgraded with Onyx shower systems , new luxurious vanities , and paint colors that make the rooms feel so much bigger . We capped off each of these rooms with luxury vinyl tile in place of the existing flooring , which really tied these rooms together . The real focal point of this remodel is the custom open shelving room dividers . We tore down the walls that separated the entryway from the living room and kitchen , but the space felt too open to the homeowner . So our Design Manager , Lynn Arnett , custom built two beautiful , floor-toceiling shelving units with built-in lighting to serve as a divider between the entryway and the rest of the home . These shelves combine the convenience of an open floor plan with the structure of the preexisting walls to meet the needs of the homeowner .
