ENGAGING IN OUR COMMUNITIES Earth Day
Over 700 employees from 102 offices in 43 states participated in Earth Day activities throughout April .
To build engagement and awareness in our Sustainability initiatives , and to give back to the communities and clients who support us , we hosted our bi-annual company-wide Earth Day Challenge Activity in April 2021 .
The challenge was a month-long competition with 81 teams representing 102 offices in 43 states ! Points were awarded to teams each week for completing activities aligned with TRC ’ s Sustainability Commitments in the people , planet and project categories . Participation and leaderboard standings were posted for all to track . Here are some challenge highlights :
