We are committed to minimizing our material inputs and maximizing recycling opportunities associated with our operational footprint and service delivery . Because most of the waste created in our offices is paper , we use paper as a proxy for waste reduction . We work with our vendor to track paper purchased in offices and encourage paper-saving behaviors with our employees .

We utilize PaperCut MF™ , a printing management software that monitors each employee ’ s printing behavior with a quota system and provides feedback on the individual ’ s paper usage and environmental impact . PaperCut MF™ provides each user with a behavioral awareness that helps to reduce paper , ink , cartridge waste and associated costs across the company .
