In addition to improving the sustainability of our own operations , we are uniquely positioned to address pressing global issues in a powerful way through our service offerings . We help our clients develop decarbonization strategies aligned with the Paris Agreement goal of staying under 1.5 ° C while building resiliency and catalyzing system change for energy equity .
Our sustainability and climate solutions are aligned with the SDGs published by the United Nations in 2015 , which lay out a roadmap to global sustainable development .
In FY22 we established a cross-functional steering committee ( ESG SteerCo ) and launched a commercial ESG and Climate Advisory Group - a cross-sector collaboration to drive growth in climate solutions across market sectors . Our bench strength within the Advisory Group is bolstered and supported by subject matter experts across the company who deliver systems-based solutions to address climate challenges for a broad range of clients in the market sectors we serve . By collaborating across service lines and skill sets we bring the necessary people , technology and ideas together to tackle climate and other sustainable development challenges .

Our ability to impact our clients ’ carbon footprint ( referred to as our carbon handprint ) was more than 100 times greater than our carbon footprint in FY22 .
