LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
Happy September Eaglebrooke ,
This is the last month of our Fiscal Year and what a year it has been ! The membership continues to grow , our financial results continue to improve , and we have been able to accomplish a lot of projects around the facility . The condition of the golf course is great nearing the end of the Summer & the feedback on the Food & Beverage operation has been very positive as of recent ! My team is very excited to be moving out of the slow summer months and begin moving into our busy season . The “ fall ” season is generally a busy time for golf outings in our market . Please make sure to pay attention to our weekly email communication for updates regarding tee time restrictions .
Football season is right around the corner ! We will be airing all of the games every Sunday in the Trophy Room . Be sure to head up to the Club to watch your favorite team !
At the beginning of October , we will be mailing out “ Guest Passes ” to all of our golf members . A guest pass will allow a member in good standing to bring a guest out to play the course for a $ 30 cart fee . Platinum & Gold Members will receive 6 guest passes , and Silver Members will receive 2 guest passes .
As everyone knows , we have recently lost Ivy Myers ( Director of Sales ). Moving forward , Cassidy McCorkle will be moving to a Full-Time role and taking on Banquet & Membership Sales , along with her current administration duties & Ricky Weber will take over the Outing Sales . Additionally , we will also be adding a Banquet & Event Coordinator position to assist Cassidy & Ricky with the planning / execution of our events . More details to come as we progress on all of this !
