Baylor Scott & White Heart and Vascular Hospital leadership recognizes that quality data is complex . Registries provide national benchmarking by the representative national specialty organization . They require regular submission of quality data . Some of these registries have ratings based on different time frames , from one to three years , for recognition .
Registries , governmental databases and private benchmarking organizations are all taken into account when outcomes are reviewed .
