LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
Happy October Eaglebrooke ,
Over the last 5 years , a lot has changed at Eaglebrooke . Our facility has continued to improve in many aspects , our local market has changed , and our membership level has grown substantially . Our team feels we are now in a good position to make some programming modifications moving ahead into 2023 . Beginning on January 1st , we will have an initiation fee to join the club as a new member . Additionally , we will be discontinuing the Seasonal Summer Membership . As mentioned previously , our fee structure will be changing in December . Membership dues will increase roughly 7 % & our Trail Fees will increase roughly 10 %. Non-Member Golf Fees will be increasing an estimate of 10-13 % with another increase set for February .
We have a lot of exciting stuff happening around the club ! The greens have recovered nicely from our final Summer aerification , and the course is shaping up well going into the cooler months . Over the last couple of weeks , we have ordered a large flat top grill for the kitchen , ordered new transitions for all cart path / street crossings around the facility , and placed a deposit for the tennis courts to be resurfaced with additional sets of Pickleball lines ( scheduled for late November / early December ). New tee markers should be here sometime this month ( all 216 of them ). Additionally , we are working to secure a vendor for a surplus of tree trimming throughout the facility ( scheduled for early winter ).
Within the next couple of weeks , we will be mailing out “ Guest Passes ” to all our golf members . A guest pass will allow a member to bring a guest out to play the course for a $ 30 cart fee . Platinum & Gold Members will receive 6 guest passes , and Silver Members will receive 2 guest passes . Be on the lookout for these to arrive via mail !
