A Day In Old Rome Hit the Road-eo
On Friday , July 29 , all state chapters will congregate on the Intramural Fields . Once all chapters are set up , they will follow the designated path to Blackham Coliseum one by one for the final General Assembly . Spirit will be judged during this procession , not inside of Blackham . National officers will be stationed along the path with rubrics , so be sure to cheer the whole way ! The NJCL will ensure the safety of all delegates by protecting the route from any oncoming traffic . When all states have arrived to their assigned seats in the Coliseum , GA V will begin .
