Sarah started in the industry with Urban Properties back in 1975 and in 1988 went to the supplier side and worked as a VP at For Rent Magazine . Sarah is a a Jack Shapiro Award and the NAA Paragon Award . Sarah was always a strong representative for the supplier member at both the local and national level . |
Tim has been one of the more prolific developers having built nearly 6,500 apartments in Denver and over 10,500 nationally with a market cap of nearly $ 2 billion . Tim has spoken at Economic Conferences and served in leadership roles in over 25 years as a member of AAMD . |
Jennifer served as AAMD President-Elect & President during the very challenging years of 2008-2010 , while our industry faced difficult economic times . She led the AAMD with a steady hand and thoughtful approach , translating into many successful programs that have stood the test of time and remain part of AAMD today . |

During Paul ’ s life he spent over three decades serving AAMD . He helped mentor hundreds of new supplier members . He was passionate about AAMD ’ s Spring Clean , leading the committee for years . Paul ’ s bellowing laughter and genuine charitable nature was contagious . His memory is cemented in AAMD history through the Paul Noveshansky Diplomat Award . |
Sharon arrived in Denver in 2001 after spending decades managing properties in the south . She became involved with AAMD right away , eventually serving as both AAMD and CAA president and as chair for a dozens of committees through the years . She shares her passion with future leaders by supporting and being involved in AAMD education as well as serving the CAA Board for several consecutive terms . |
Mary ’ s leadership has helped the growth of AAMD membership , specifically involving community managers . She has always been a huge supporter of Family Homestead , a charity that AAMD has supported for over 25 years . A 2-time president , Mary always makes herself available to support AAMD education through teaching and sending her staff . |
