Greg has been a strong supporter of the AAMD since his days working in brokerage . Greg and his wife founded and owned Omni Properties until its sale to Riverstone Residential in 2007 , encouraged his many employees to be involved at AAMD . Greg spent many years on AAMD leadership and is known for the amount of new members he brought into the association . |
John has volunteered for AAMD and impacted this industry since the mid 1980 ’ s . He has authored all of the CAA leases , forms and legal documents , as well as the CAA Legal Handbook since 1995 . Drew ’ s contribution to AAMD & CAA is likely in billions of dollars saved to this industry . |
Rhonda was the first leader to serve as AAMD President two times , and pioneered several programs and events that are still active today , including the Chili Cookoff , Spring Clean , and Charity Auction . As AAMD President she was instrumental in turning the Association around financially during the turn of the century . |
