GENERAL MANAGER
Things have been quite busy here at the club , and we hope that you are all enjoying all the activities as much as we are . The staff is making sure that we are providing great customer service and a memorable experience to every member and their guest while at the Club . The team is working hard at providing each member with the member service and experience you all deserve . I am so thankful for the Members and the staff here at LGCC .
I am getting to know the membership and I have had several great conversations over the past two months . I enjoy my interactions with both members and guests and as you have experienced , I am not afraid to engage in conversation . I enjoy my morning drive around the property to see the progress the maintenance department is making , which is currently running with a limited staff . You have probably seen me out and about sweeping the patio and checking things over . I like to ensure that all areas of the Club are being taken care of and that I am working with my team to do so .
A first impression is paramount to me , because you only have one . My main objective is to be consistent moving forward and keeping the members and our guests informed .
We have made great strides at the pool and our members ; their families and guests really enjoy the new atmosphere and café . We will continue to make strides and make LGCC one of the best Clubs to be a part of .
My family arrived at the end of June , and they will be present around the club and pool . My two boys , Matthew and Nathan and my wonderful wife , Lisa , look forward to spending some free time enjoying the pool .
The department heads and staff have really stepped up the last few weeks . It is not always easy when a new General Manager begins on property . However , everyone is beginning to buy into my system , and we are making great progress .
My door is always open , and I encourage members to stop by and visit if anything should arise . I am always open to suggestions and any ideas for improvements here at the club . I would love to hear from you as it is always good to hear other people ’ s points of view .
