MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
The LGCC Membership Committee this year has increased our net new membership and introduced Major Event Weekends to enhance membership engagement for all members and their families . We need both membership growth and engagement to have a prosperous and sustainable club . LGCC needs to continue adding new members by having our members help promote the club to meet our goal of 25 net new members for this year . Members are our best ambassadors so introduce or refer potential members to Deborah Goglia and she will assist in presenting the club and its amenities . The best time to bring potential new members to the club is during the summer when many events are happening and the pool is open .
If you have not visited our pool area this year , you are missing out on our new Pool Gate Café and upgraded facilities so the total family can enjoy the best pool in the Valley . Come by and look . You will be impressed !
The first two Major Event Weekends have been a tremendous success . We have completed our “ Stars and Strips ” Memorial Day Weekend event and our Member Guest weekend which featured a fabulous concert by S . J . McDonald and her band on the tenth tee for all to experience and enjoy after dinner . In July , we have two additional major event weekends : July 4th weekend including the Red , White and Blue event and our Member Weekend on July 16th and 17th . On July 16th at 6 PM all members are invited to dinner which will feature a Caribbean Buffet and music by Little Marvin and the Martians Band . Make your reservations now ! Let us all enjoy these major events this summer .
Our committee ’ s goal is to grow our membership and create exciting events for all members and their families to enjoy so our club will prosper and make 2022 a tremendous year for everyone at Lexington Golf and Country Club .
