FINANCE COMMITTEE
Our management team has cracked the nut and delivered the first month of positive cash flow this year . Our current GM was thrown into the mix in May and slowly emerged from the drag of Covid where F & B revenues are significantly below previous years . The club is on track to continue with positive monthly results with your support - visit the Tri-Brook more than once per month and enjoy some activities at the club .
The board approved a budget for 2022 which puts the club on track to truly emerge from Covid , pending Omicron and the next variant . Year-to-date results for October are listed below .
