Spaces are limited , so you are encouraged to register ASAP ! Registrations are due in the Fair Office no later than July 18 . SPACES WILL BE ASSIGNED - SWITCHING LOCATIONS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED !
Camping permits must be picked up at the fair office . No permits will be mailed ! No campers will be permitted until Sunday , July 24 and cannot be removed until 10 pm or later Saturday , July 30 .
LATE REGISTRATIONS ( after July 18 ) will be accepted upon the discretion of the Fair Office . All late registrations must pay a $ 25 late fee . All fees must be paid before camping site is assigned . Camp sites will be assigned only if space is available . No site is guaranteed .
