20 . Neither this Fair Association nor any of its Officers , Directors or Agents shall be liable for any damage , loss or injury to any person or their representative or employees having license or privilege to exhibit or occupy space on said Fairgrounds , and all said licenses shall indemnify said Fair Association , its Officers , Directors and Agents , against any expenses or liability . Stephenson County Fair exhibitors exhibit at their own risk , regardless of age .
21 . Entries in the 4-H show must be made through the University of Illinois Extension Office . Call 815-235-4125 for information . Entries in the Vocational Agricultural Show ( FFA ) must be made through his / her respective school instructor ( s ). 22 . Livestock sold at the Junior Livestock Auction may be released after the sale , only if requested by the buyer . 23 . The Fair Association curfew regulations will be in effect on the Fairgrounds during the period of the Fair . ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED except as sold by the Stephenson County Fair Association in designated areas by a designated entity holding a valid liquor license !
24 . Exhibitors are not allowed to bring non-licensed motorized vehicles ( i . e . ATV ’ s , golf carts , lawn mowers , etc .) onto the fairgrounds .
25 . No dogs ( other than service animals ) will be allowed in livestock barns , commercial buildings , midway , grandstand or any part of the fairgrounds other than listed . Dogs must be on a leash . No dogs shall be tied out . Dogs are to be kept in trailers , campers , or a dog cage . Dogs may be exercised on a leash by the handler , near your camping area and you MUST clean up after your dog . NO EXCEPTIONS !
26 . CAMPING FEES FOR 2022 – Commercial Campers will be charged $ 150 - $ 250 depending on # of slide-outs for the week with electricity and air conditioning . Livestock Campers will be charged $ 100 to $ 200 depending on number of slide-outs . No campers will be permitted until Sunday , 07 / 31 / 22 . See form ( page 51 ). Pre-registration deadline is Friday , July 22 and is required . All late registrations will be charged a $ 25 fee , and only be accommodated if space is available . Camping permits must be picked up in the Fair Office upon arriving with your camper and displayed in a visible location .
27 . Any changes , additions , or corrections will be posted in the Fair Office and at www . stephensoncountyfair . org .
