All articles must be the work of the exhibitor and entered in that name . 4 . Only one ( 1 ) entry per exhibitor in a class number is allowed . 5 . The Superintendent has the authority to reject any article that is not clean , in good condition , in any way ineligible to be deserving of a prize , or suspected of being second-hand or not constructed by exhibitor . 6 . All articles must have been made within the last year . 7 . All entries in Sections I , II , III , IV , V and VI need to be made on the same entry blank . 8 .
