1 . All entries must comply with Home Economics Division Rules and Regulations . 2 . All entries must have been produced since August 1 of previous exhibit year . 3 . All entries must have been produced by the exhibitor . 4 . The judge will disqualify all exhibits considered too old . 5 . Commercial producers of hybrid seeds are excluded from showing . 6 . All hay and straw slices must be tied and entry tags securely attached . 7 . Small grains and soybeans shall be displayed in a five ( 5 ) -quart container , supplied by exhibitor . 8 . All other exhibits can be displayed in tray , or appropriate container ( corn stalks in a five ( 5 ) -gallon bucket ). 9 . Best of show award will be given in memory of Dennis Manus who exhibited many years at the Stephenson County Fair .
