Vincent Collins is a security and
business executive with career ex- perience in security risk mgmt , in- telligence , security operations devt , global project mgmt , and client relationship development , and current- ly serves as the Director of Security Facilities for the National Basketball Association ( NBA ).
Before Collins assumed responsibili- ties for the NBA , he also served as an NYPD Lieutenant at WTC Command , and the Counter Terrorism Bureau , as a 21-year veteran of the NYPD .
