Please forward this document to your Financial Advisor so that he / she can provide an official letter to verify proof of your available funds to be shared with potential Sellers and / or Listing Agents who require it for homes you are interested in touring and / or buying.
Sometimes, this letter is required to schedule a showing of a home while other times it is not required until you submit an offer on a home.
