FINANCE COMMITTEE
As seen in your April 1 member statements , the club annual dues increase went into effect in March . There should be no surprises to members . The Membership Committee has made announcements in the newsletter and in bill statement inserts . The additional revenue will help pay for and retain our great staff . Below are those rates by membership type . We share this data so you can answer the question : “ How much does it cost to be a member at the LGCC ?”. Feel free to share this info with anyone . Lexington is a great deal for families , singles , and couples to enjoy recreational and social activities . As we move into the active season , members are the best salespeople for new members .

New membership numbers in 2022 will confirm the decision for pool improvements this year . With a budget of $ 25,000 , we need 14 new social members to break-even on the investment .
Our financial goals for the year remain the same with a 3-prong approach to increase : 1 . Golf revenue through higher public rates 2 . Food & beverage revenue with encouragement through increased dining minimums and the Pool Gate Cafe . 3 . Dues increase by 8 % on average in March and new memberships all year long .
Look forward to seeing you at the club . By :
