Arts & Recreation
The arts and entertainment community in the city promotes plays , concerts , performances , and other events at the Performing Arts Center . Those who enjoy sports can take in an amateur baseball game at Highland Park , home of the Watertown Red Devils of the Crow River Valley baseball league .
The community prides itself on small town charm and a sense of community , which is showcased every year during Rails to Trails . The annual celebration takes place the third weekend of every July , with live music , a classic car show , a 5K fun run , fireworks , and the hunt for the Golden Spike .
Safety & Education
