HOMESCHOOL ADMISSIONS PROCESS CHECKLIST
The following checklist is meant to guide you through the admissions process for homeschoolers . Please be sure to complete all portions of each step in a timely fashion in order to progress to the next step .
Step One : Submit the following items to the office as a complete packet : � Registration Fee ( non-refundable ) � Family Application Form � Parent Partnership Expectations and Agreement � Photo Waiver � Copy of most recent report card or transcript ( when applying for academic courses ) � Student Agreement ( Grade 6 and above ) � Acceptable Use of Technology Agreement ( when applying for academic courses ) � Health Assessment Record ( blue form ) � Authorization for Participation in Athletics ( only for athletes )
Step Two : Family Interview You will be scheduled for an interview appointment to finalize course selections and available space . Both parents and the enrolling student ( s ) must be present .
Step Three : Course Payment Full payment is required before the student may attend classes .
Homeschool enrollment applications will be accepted at any time . However , admission into our fall semester will not be determined before August 1 and will be based on the limited number of seats available according to full-time enrollment ; in some cases , this may not be able to be determined until after the first two weeks of school . Admission into our spring semester may require an assessment of skills before final admission .
Note : In the event that a homeschool family should choose to enroll a child as a full-time student , additional information will be required before full-time admission can begin . Full-time placement is not guaranteed .
Tuition Note : Tuition and pay-to-play fees are non-refundable . Class sessions that are rescheduled or cancelled due to school-wide scheduling needs will not be rescheduled or reimbursed . Full payment is due at the beginning of each semester / sport .
