Today ’ s technology allows us the ability to create school spirit and to communicate a visual representation of school life in a variety of ways . Students are often encouraged and motivated when they see themselves , their peers , and their work being displayed . School slide shows , bulletin boards , yearbooks , etc . are considered favorites amongst our students . For this reason , we strongly encourage each family to provide the school with permission below .
I hereby grant The Cornerstone Christian School ( CCS ) permission to use , reuse , publish , and republish photographic portraits , pictures or video taken of my son / daughter , in whole or in part , individually or in any and all media ( via print and / or Internet ), including internal or external school publications , for media illustration , promotion , art , editorial , and advertising purposes . For example , CCS may use :
� Photos of student ( s ) taken at or by CCS during school events and activities for school publications and the school website for promotional purposes .

Photos of student ( s ) taken at or by CCS during school events and activities to be published in external publications such as newspapers and magazines both in print and online .
I understand that my child ’ s name will not appear in conjunction with any and all photographs containing his / her likeness that may be used in the above projects .
