IEC Anti-Racism Practice in Engineering Workshops
The IEC’s Anti-Racist Practice in Engineering Workshops lead the discussion on how racist practices in engineering impact education and how educators can overcome barriers to transform the engineering sector. These workshops challenge the scholars to generate ideas about anti-racism practices and implement them in the field. The organizations hope to build
on the success of these workshops to become the leader in training for anti-racism as it applies specifically to engineering.
