Online Tracking
LLA is happy to now provide Owners with online submission and tracking to service requests ( i . e ., ECC Applications , Work Orders , etc .) in the " Applications or Requests " menu item ( outlined in red to the left ). You can access this menu item to search , review , create new , and / or follow up with the staff member who can best address your needs . You can also access the " Knowledge Base " from this page ( see page 25 for more details about the " Knowledge Base "). Non-owners : Please continue to submit requests or comments through lakelinganore . org / contact-us .
Create New Request
After clicking the " Add New Service Request " blue button ( outlined in orange in the first image ), you will click the drop-down menu to select the " Request Type " ( outlined in yellow to the left ).
General Question or Comment
Much like a " Contact Us " webpage , you can ask a general question or submit a comment to LLA . Now , you can keep track of the response indefinitely in one place ! Please complete the required fields in detail to ensure the appropriate staff person is assigned to answer .
ECC Applications
Perhaps the most requested feature for LLA to provide is digital ECC application submission . When selecting your " Request Type " you can select to submit an ECC application . After submitting , the proper Village Manager will be assigned to review your application . You are able to ask any questions pertaining to the application , comment , and track the application status here .
