STEP 2 :
FIRST TIME LOG IN
Below is a step-by-step visual of how to proceed when you log in to your updated account for the first time . LLA HIGHLY recommends Owners log in for the first time directly after registering their account on a desktop to complete the below action items .
Please note , this software is designed for each person to have their own access . This is unlike previous versions where there was one primary user for the account . Therefore , all Members have different permission levels and access / view of different features . Non-owners : Please know that once you have registered and loaded your profile picture , your permission levels will be adjusted to the correct settings within a few days . Until then , you may be in the default “ lowest ” permission level where you can only view the events calendar .
1 . Logging in for the first time :
Enter your e-mail and password you created during registration and click “ login ”.
After logging in :
1 . Go to the menu and click " My Account " ( shown outlined in red ).
2 . Click on the “ Unit Residents ” tab ( shown outlined in orange ).
