I ’ ve been a donor to Fordham Prep over the last few years . I began to donate because I wanted to help increase the accessibility of the Prep to students who might not otherwise have the opportunity . The Prep provides an incredible foundation and I want all young men to be able to access that .
The Prep , specifically the faculty , helped shape me into who I am today . I learned empathy and how to connect with others . Such a skill has been incredibly helpful throughout my life .
I ’ m most passionate about expanding the Prep ’ s scholarship program to promising young men who would otherwise not be able to afford a Jesuit education .
My experience at the Prep taught me we should always give back . It ’ s just what you do .
In addition to expanding scholarship programs , I would like to see the Prep continue to focus on teaching knowledge and skill sets that are extremely valuable today . For me , that ’ s the iSTEAM Program , especially computer science skills .
