PICKUP
Customer Pick-ups are always welcome at Lucas Greenhouses , and there are no minimums on orders placed for pick-up . With a twenty bay loading dock and fully staffed shipping department , we are prepared to handle vehicles of all sizes . You MUST place your order before you pick-up . No Exceptions . You may call ahead and setup a time to view the plants , but no orders can be pulled on demand . We request that orders be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance or by 11am Monday through Thursday the day before you want to pickup .
AVAILABILITY
Every Friday night we release our availability listings for the upcoming week . You can obtain our availability by fax , email or online at www . lucasgreenhouses . com . Our online availability is updated on a daily basis during peak seasons . You can find our current availability log-in on our homepage . If you do not have login information yet , you can sign up on our homepage , www . lucasgreenhouses . com . It is highly recommended that the most up-to-date availability is downloaded before placing your order . Our availability can change rapidly during the course of a shipping week .
HOURS
Our typical hours of operation are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday . All Customer Pickups must be placed at least 24 hours in advance and before 11am the day before pickup .
