Electronic Payment ( Payment in Full )
Log into your Membership Account through www . lakelinganore . org / myaccount /. Login Name and Password retrieval are available at login . Once logged into your account , click “ Pay Now ”.
Credit / Debit Card : Make a one-time payment online using your Visa ® card , MasterCard ®, or Discover ® card . A processing fee of 2.8 % is applied when paying via credit or debit card .
eCheck : Make a one-time electronic funds transfer from a U . S . checking or savings account . There is no fee for eCheck payments . eCheck payments may take up to 4 business days to process .
Online Bill Pay : Send your payment from any U . S . financial institution using Online Bill Pay . Please reference the “ ACCOUNT NUMBER ” located on the enclosed coupon . This number is unique to each property address . Please consult your financial institution regarding any processing fees .
* If you own more than one property , you will have different account numbers for each property . Separate payments must be established for each property .
Check Payment ( Payment in Full )
Mail payment in full via check , payable to Lake Linganore Association , to Mutual of Omaha Bank . Please reference the “ ACCOUNT NUMBER ” located on the enclosed coupon . This number is unique to each property address .
Make your check payable to Lake Linganore Association and include the enclosed coupon .

* If you own more than one property , you will have different account numbers for each property . Payment can be combined into one check . Please be sure to include the payment coupons for each property .
ACH Monthly Auto-Draft
The ONLY accepted form of monthly payment is ACH Monthly Auto-Draft . This option is NOT available for vacant unbuildable lots .
Log into your Membership Account through www . lakelinganore . org / myaccount /. Login Name and Password retrieval are available at login . Once logged into your account , click “ Pay Now ”.
Monthly auto-draft payments should be established through the online payment processor , Zego ( Powered by PayLease ), BEFORE March 1 , 2021 , to have your payment automatically deducted from your bank account on the 3rd of each month , beginning March 3 , 2021 . A 1 % amortized interest rate applies .
NOTE : If you are currently enrolled in ACH Monthly Auto-Drafts , your scheduled payments will continue at the new monthly assessment rate beginning March 3 , 2021 . If you do not consent to this automatic update of your autodraft payment amount , you are responsible for canceling your auto-draft payment absolutely no later than February 28 , 2021 .
