Annual Account Statements
Account statements were mailed at the end of January , 2021 . If you are currently enrolled in ACH Monthly Auto-Draft Payments , your scheduled payments will continue at the new monthly assessment rate beginning March 3 , 2021 .
Should you wish to cancel your monthly payments , you may do so through your Online Membership Account , utilizing the “ Pay Now ” button . This will take you to the online payment processor , Zego ( Powered by PayLease ), where you may cancel your payments at any time . All other payment types ( cash , check , echeck , credit card , or debit card ), must follow the detailed instructions provided with your statement .
Assessment Payments should NOT be sent to the LLA Office
All payments must be made either through Zego ( Powered by PayLease ), accessible through your Online Membership Account , or mailed to Mutual of Omaha Bank . Please reference the detailed instructions provided with your statement .

Online payments are the fastest method to fulfill your HOA payment and renewal obligations for the year .
1 . Log in to your Online Membership Account through www . lakelinganore . org / myaccount /.
• If you have misplaced or forgotten your Login Name and / or Password , you can retrieve them on the login screen by clicking “ Forgot Password ”.
• If you have not already done so , you must complete the intial account registration to access your online membership account . To receive a new registration email , please send a request to LLAOFFICE @ LAKELINGANORE . ORG .
2 . Click “ Pay Now ”, and follow the prompts to enter your payment information .
QR Code Passes :
Membership ID Cards , Parking Permits , Boat Permits , and Golf Cart Permits
Upon payment of the LLA Assessment , all permits associated with your account will be reactivated . Golf Carts will be reactivated provided you have a current Certificate of Insurance on file with the Lake Linganore Association office .
In 2019 , new QR Code Permit stickers were issued to all homeowners to replace the Barcode Permit stickers . Barcode Permit stickers are no longer valid . If you did not receive your QR Code Permit stickers , please contact the Lake Linganore Association office to have new ones issued .
All QR Code Permits for accounts with unpaid assessments will expire March 31 , 2021 . NOTE : Boat Trailers no longer receive an assigned permit . Boat Trailers must be attached to a vehicle displaying a valid QR Code Parking Permit .
