Mahtomedi Community Education Business Hours : Monday-Friday , 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
Register : Registration is required unless otherwise noted . Full payment must accompany registration . Registration deadline is 3 business days before start date . For summer athletic camps only , registration closes 10 AM Friday , prior to the start of camp . If late registration is permitted , a $ 15 fee will be assessed . Registration fees are not prorated . Pay by cash , check or credit card .
Class Refund & Change Policy : Refunds will be issued when requested at least five business days prior to start date . A $ 15 service fee will be charged . No refund issued after registration deadline or start date .
Cancellations : Classes and activities will be cancelled if there is insufficient enrollment . Refunds will be issued .
Publicity Policy : Mahtomedi Community Education reserves the right to use photos , videos and participant names for publicity purposes . Those who wish to opt out can call Community Education at 651-407-2018 . Mahtomedi Public Schools has an additional publicity policy for K-12 students .
Liability Policy : There is inherent risk of accident and injury in any activity . Participants need to be aware that there are assumed risks . Mahtomedi Public School assumes no responsibility for injuries received during activities .
Emergency School Closing & Bad Weather : If District 832 schools are closed due to weather or other situations , Mahtomedi Community Education activities will be cancelled . Credit or refunds will NOT be given . Closing information is announced through the district instant alert system and on local radio and TV stations . The District and Community Education websites will post the most current information .
Persons with Disabilities : Activities offered through Community Bridge , call 651-748-7250 . Persons with disabilities are welcome in any activity and may bring a PCA at no extra charge ( please call first ).
