Ski & Snowboard Club ( grades 6-8 )
Five fun Friday nights have been scheduled for Mahtomedi students to ski or snowboard at Trollhaugen and Wild Mountain resorts . Spend time with friends and make new ones on the slopes . Tuition includes transportation to and from resorts , lift ticket , on-site supervision and equipment storage day of the trip . If a student has a personal resort ski pass to either Trollhaugen or Wild Mountain , a discounted registration fee applies and the student is responsible for getting his / her own lift ticket at the resort . A copy of the pass is required by Dec . 15 . Please visit the community education website for complete ski club information including registration instructions , athlete code of conduct , injuries , equipment , the alternate member process and more . All students must agree to and sign the behavior code of conduct .

* In case of weather cancellation , additional Fridays will be added beginning with Feb . 11 . No refunds for missed trips or make-up dates .

Registration closes when program maximum is met . Minimum 45 / Maximum 200
Students can only ski if they are registered as either a regular or alternate Ski Club Member :
Regular Member Registration - all 5 dates : $ 215 Regular Member Registration with Ski Pass - Students with a ski pass to Wild Mountain or Trollhaugen : all 5 dates : $ 160 .
* Students must submit a copy of the pass to Community Ed by Dec . 15 . Alternate Member Registration - $ 22 to register , + $ 45 for each date signed-up to ski * Alternate Member Students must register online the week before each alternate date and sign in at the guidance office .
Refund Policy
No refunds after Dec . 3 registration deadline . No refunds issued for injuries occurring during the program or at another extracurricular activity .
Additional Information
• Buses and trailers will load in the bus lane at the middle school at 2:45 PM and return at 9:30 PM .
• Student may not stay at the resort after the event has ended .
• Students must use bus transportation provided . Students may not be dropped off or picked up at events privately .
• Students should bring a bag lunch or buy dinner at the resort .
• Rental equipment is extra and the rates will be posted and payable to the ski resort the day of the trip .
