QUALITY MATTERS CERTIFICATION
The Kent State College of Business Administration ’ s Online MBA program became the first Online MBA program in the nation to earn Quality Matters Program Design Certification in 2020 .
Quality Matters™ ( QM ) is an international , faculty-centric , nonprofit organization focused on improving design and certifying the quality of online and hybrid courses . According to the Quality Matters website , the certification recognizes programs that are designed around measurable learning objectives or competencies . In addition to the College ’ s Online MBA program , the College ’ s Certified Business Advisor ( CBA ) Certificate also earned QM Online Program Design Certification .
