In order to highlight the contributions our DRCs make toward advancing our mission , quarterly awards were implemented . Those sites with the most community service hours completed and the highest employment rates were recognized quarterly . The DRCs with the highest overall performance have demonstrated consistency in maintaining high employment rates and high rates of community service hours completed , while maintaining the highest census for FY21 .
