What an honor it is to be named CENTURION ® and Presidents Award winner . Curt gives thanks again to all his support groups including his wife Sarah , friends , family , mentors and clients for an incredible year . Like for most , 2020 was a year like no other , and he gives all the glory to God to allow him to prosper and see another year .
Earning his seventh CENTURION ® Award and his sixth straight Presidents Award , Curt knows it can never be taken for granted . He worked harder this past year to improve his skills , quality service and knowledge by taking 23 CE classes to prepare for a greater year in 2021 . He ’ s also thankful to his clients for their 99 % approval rating and for them challenging him to improve . Curt was also able to help many people in many ways through volunteer work and charity this past year . He ’ s looking to 2021 as a breakthrough year along a magnificent journey .

Debbi Rousey is pleased to have earned CENTURION ® status for 2020 . Over her 18-year career , she has achieved CENTURION ® and DOUBLE CENTURION ® numerous times . Some of her greatest accomplishments include : CENTURION ® Honor Society 2015 , CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company Top Individual Producer for AGC 2013 , Judge B . Fite Award 2013 , President ’ s Award recipient for Top Quality Service every year , and Jan Fite Miller Award for the Highest Volume Listings in 2012 .
Debbi finds reward in helping people see their dreams come true and finding the perfect property that fits their needs and wants . Going the extra mile is just part of her nature . Coaching her clients is of the utmost importance from start to finish , and she cherishes the lifelong friendships she has made over years of working with her clients .
She is originally from Newport Beach , California via Temecula , California where horses were a big part of her family ’ s life . She relocated to Weatherford , Texas in 2001 so she and her daughter could continue their love of horses . Moving here allowed her daughter to be closer to her Cutting Horse Trainer , and that community has become a family to Debbi and has produced a lot of clients - a move she has not regretted once .
Debbi loves travel , and her condo in Hawaii is her favorite destination . The condo has allowed her to give back through the CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company Easterseals fund raisers and to other organizations . She feels strongly about giving back to the community . ( continued )
