Sarah Lyons is honored to receive DOUBLE CENTURION ® for 2020 . This is her fifth year in a row to earn the Presidents Award and CENTURION ® status or higher . This is her third year in a row to accept the Judge B . Fite award as Top Individual Producer in AGC and Units . Sarah was recognized as the only CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company agent ever to be selected as a REALTOR ® Magazine 30 Under 30 in 2017 . She is currently the only West DFW honoree in the contest ’ s 20-year history . Sarah was also recognized as one of 12 Relentless agents by Century 21 Global in 2018 , earning her a once-in-a-lifetime trip to New York City to visit ESPN studio and see Hamilton on Broadway .

She focuses on a referral-based business and is known for her pop-bys and client appreciation parties . She believes in educating her clients about real estate and empowering them to understand the process through technology . She has the help of her wonderful part-time assistant , Lynn Weber , who helps her with back office items .
Sarah met now husband , Kevin , in her sophomore year of high school . They both graduated from Texas State University in 2010 and moved to Fort Worth shortly after in order for him to attend medical school . However , the young family needed a new game plan after he decided not to become a physician . She is thankful to her parents for buying her a Groupon for online real estate classes in late 2013 . After four months of working on her course work between children ’ s activities and nap time , she joined CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company in February of 2014 . She has represented the Fort Worth office ever since . Kevin has been her rock at home , taking over many domestic roles . He has homeschooled their two sons full time since the summer of 2014 . Ben is now 11 and Will is eight . They enjoy a flexible school schedule and are known to have school on the weekends while Sarah hosts open houses and take some traditional school days off for a trip to the zoo or park .

The boys do not remember a time Sarah wasn ’ t a real estate agent with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company . Family time and health are very important to Sarah and her business . She schedules family time and fitness in her schedule before setting work appointments . Don ’ t be surprised if you get her voicemail during dinner time because phones are not allowed . She will tell you , “ thank you for your patience ,” when she calls you back . Sarah and Kevin enjoy traveling overseas and look forward to taking Ben and Will on their first international trip to Germany in 2022 . As a family they enjoy skiing , hiking and RVing . The boys have visited over 30 states so far .
Sarah is thankful to the leadership team within CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company for modeling how a business should be run with financial acumen , respect for their agents and a true heart to serve the community .
