In the Kosair Charities Pediatric Convalescent Center ( KCPCC ), our team strives to make every day as meaningful and exceptional as possible for each child .
Our skilled nursing facility provides short-term , long-term , and respite care for children from birth to age 21 .
We provide exceptional , compassionate care for children who face significant medical , developmental , and physical disabilities – including many who require ventilator support .
Each child receives individualized care from our team of experienced physicians , nurses , and therapists .
As many of our KCPCC residents are approaching age 21 , our organization is exploring concerns around increases in medical complexities and higher acuity levels .
