Roof structure The roof is held up by the columns that span into the ground . The structural elements , holding up the roof , consist of vertical and horizontal elements .
Materiality The project uses natural sourced materials . Eucalyptus wood for the structural elements such as the columns , roof structure and platform . Adobe construction is used for some of longer occupied areas such as the managers accommodation and the restroom for workers . Marble , sourced from a local quarry , is used for the flooring of each space . The light colour of marble means it can reflect the sun to prevent over-heating .
