Contact the Title IX Coordinator at 517-264-7194 or Public Safety at 517-264- 7799 if you need assistance with University concerns , such as no-contact orders or other protective measures . The Title IX Coordinator or Public Safety will also assist if any needed advocacy for victims who wish to obtain protective or retraining orders from local authorities . The University is able to offer reasonable academic supports , changes to living arrangements , transportation resources or modifications , escorts , no contact orders , counseling services access , and other supports and resources as needed by a victim *. The University is able to offer information about legal assistance , visa / immigration assistance , and student financial aid considerations for victims *. Siena Heights University will provide written notification to victims , regardless of their initiation of or participation in criminal , University employment or student conduct systems , about available options and assistance in the following , including how to request these changes and who to contact at the institution :
