PARKING RULES & REGULATIONS CONT .
Parking Violation Payments :
• Must be paid within 10 calendar days ,
• $ 50
• Payment options : – Cash / check : in person at the Welcome Center located in the lobby of Ledwidge Hall or use envelope provided . – Make checks out to Siena Heights University .
• Fourth violation = tow at owners risk and expense .
• Failure to pay within the 10 calendar day grace period will result in additional fines .
Parking violation appeals :
• Appeals must be submitted in writing within the 10 calendar day grace period ; appeals are heard for issuance errors . Lack of knowledge of the parking rules and regulations is not grounds for appeals .
• Email appeals to parking @ sienaheights . edu . – Include in appeal :
• Citation number ,
• Student or Faculty / Staff ID number if applicable ,
• Reason for dispute .
• Parking Permit refunds are subject to the University Drop / Add & Withdrawal Policy . Petition via email to : parking @ sienaheights . edu Refunds are subject to petition at parking @ sienaheights . edu / Refunds apply to any unpaid balance owed the University .
