The UTA VBOC provides collaborative hands-on interactive learning opportunities for transitioning veterans , disabled veterans , National Guard , active and reserve component members and their spouses , through a community of resource partners nationally , locally and across the U . S . Small Business Administration Region VI ( SBA ). The UTA VBOC is the premier resource for veterans who wish to operate in the entrepreneurial space by providing access and awareness of the many resources available to them .

TechFW is a non-profit organization that has helped entrepreneurs launch and grow emerging technology companies since 1998 . They identify entrepreneurs and startup companies with technologies that have a high potential for success in the marketplace and provide mentoring and coaching to push companies toward success . Where and when appropriate , TechFW matches the resources of the community to extend a support system necessary to nurture the startup and growth of companies .

The Center for Transforming Lives ( CTL ) provides housing , child care , financial education and assistance , business and clinical counseling to women and their children throughout Tarrant County .
The Level Up Program is designed to support Tarrant County Entrepreneurs with children and provides access to :
• Business-building cohort
• Business mentoring
• Financial coaching
• Weekly business labs
• Monthly business workshops
• Business grants
The CTL and the City of Arlington have partnered to develop the Level Up Program for microenterprises .
