On average , a woman uses 350 packs of sanitary pads in her entire lifetime . So instead of using disposable sanitary products , there are other options such as a menstrual cup , reusable cloth pads that reduce your stress of adding in the problem , and relive the earth ’ s stresses too .
All of these zero-waste swaps can seem insignificant if we look at the bigger problems that are present in the world today . But as they say , it is better to do things imperfectly rather than doing nothing at all . Isn ’ t it ? After all , small changes are better than none at all .
