Jimmy Choi , 41 , a husband and father of two who was diagnosed with Parkinson ’ s disease at 27 , is an MVP Team Fox athlete who has run , cycled and swum in countless races and endurance events , raising more than $ 100,000 to support Parkinson ’ s research . On July 3 , he takes on the American Ninja Warrior course like a pro , proving once again his status as an ultimate athlete . Jimmy has since taken on the course three more times .
