All of our performance measures have shown continual improvement over the past 15 years. For instance: ■ 71% of our members rate their satisfaction with the club as exceptional (up 30% since 2005) According to the survey, the following are what members like best about the club: ■ The people and friendly atmosphere ■ Easy to book a court ■ Good facility which is well-maintained ■ Exceptional value The following are other results: ■ Our membership growth is up 65% since 2005 ■ We currently have 207 members from all over the greater Portland area ■ They include juniors and seniors some of which are over 90 years old ■ We recently increased the Charbonneau community membership count last year by introducing pickleball ■ We are in an enviable position to have a waitlist ■ We have a history of financial stability by always operating within our budget and increasing our reserve fund ■ We have very few issues and a good relationship with the Village Center vendors ■ When the Stafford Hills Racquet Club opened in our neighborhood a few years ago, we lost only a minimal number of our club members to them Charbonneau residents can take out tennis and pickleball memberships without being placed on the waitlist.
