A 15,000-square-foot restaurant, microbrewery, and
nightclub to be located at 1400 Calder Road, the
newest location for the famous honky-tonk dance hall
featured in “Urban Cowboy.”
RiverBend at Clear Creek
A 68.76-acre multi-use site along Clear Creek (just east
of I-45 and north of F.M. 518) with restaurants, a hotel,
and residential units. Around 40% of the property,
including wetlands and portions of the creek, will
remain undeveloped.
Alamo Drafthouse Cinema
A popular Austin-based movie theater that serves food
and drinks planned for the Victory Lakes Center on the
northeast corner of I-45 and 646.
Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites
A 112-room hotel expected to be complete in the
summer of 2020, featuring an outdoor pool with a swimup
bar located on the northwest corner of I-45 and 646.
