Who We Are
The League City Regional Chamber of Commerce is
comprised of a distinguished group of members and an
invested board of directors who are ready to lead the
Chamber—and the League City region—into the future. We are
small businesses and large companies. We are community
leaders and volunteers. We are moms and dads, young
professionals, and seasoned experts. In total, we have
more than 600 member companies, including civic and
professional organizations, trade associations, and leaders in
the business community.
Though we come from different backgrounds, our goals are
the same: We work together to make our community a better
place to live, work, and play.
What We Do
The Chamber recognizes how vital local businesses are
to the health of our region, and because of this we strive to
provide resources, training, and a variety of opportunities
to our members. Our mutual success benefits residents and
businesses throughout the League City area.
The economic impact of local businesses cannot be
understated. For every $100 spent at a local business, $68 is
reinvested back into the community.
The Chamber promotes economic growth by
Lobbying for business-friendly legislation at the local,
state, and federal levels—including recent efforts to secure
the future extension of Grand Parkway, and support for the
continuation of the International Space Station program at
NASA’s Johnson Space Center.
Educating Chamber members and the community
through classes and workshops, and providing opportunities
for members to share their expertise and submit articles.
Hosting a wide variety of events throughout the
year, including State of the City and State of the Counties
luncheons, Taste of the Bay, the Health & Wellness Expo,
and more. In total, the Chamber hosts over 50 events and
programs annually.
Supporting the local economy through initiatives like
“Buy First” that encourage residents to shop local.
The League City Regional Chamber of Commerce is a

the region’s business success. It is not part of city,
county, or state government; a political party or faction;
a civic or social club; a social service or welfare agency.
