Mo:Mo factory is a Nepalese, fast-casual restaurant inspired by Nepalese street food.
The fresh yet rich Nepalese cuisine is comprised of a variety of dishes influenced by
the ethnicity, soil and climate of Nepal’s diverse culture and geography. They combine
a range of ingredients, techniques and characteristics, each with its own gastronomic
history. When it comes to the simple, delicious, one-meal dishes of Nepal, you can’t beat
the famous MOMOS, a type of dumpling usually made with steamed vegetables or
