The Awards Presentation Ceremony of the annual it SMF Industry Awards for Excellence in IT Service
Management is an event in itself. Attracting over 300 guests it is remembered as a Conference high-
light! The ceremony is held during the Conference as a Gala Dinner on Tuesday 18th August, 2020 at
the Brisbane City Hall.
Tickets for the Gala Dinner are included in Conference Registrations however individual tickets are
available for non-conference attendees and partners at a cost of $200 per head.
