DIVERSITY & INCLUSION COUNCIL

THE KEHE VISION FOR DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION ( D & I ) IS TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND HONOR THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF ALL ON OUR JOURNEY TO BECOME THE NEXT GENERATION DISTRIBUTOR . THE COLLECTIVE SUM OF THE INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES OUR EMPLOYEES INVEST IN THEIR WORK REPRESENTS A SIGNIFICANT PART OF OUR CULTURE , REPUTATION , AND COMPANY ACHIEVEMENTS .

PEOPLE

The Diversity and Inclusion Council is responsible for driving and supporting the strategy . An extension of the council will be our Employee Resource Groups ( ERGs ). We define ERGs as voluntary , employee-led groups formed in the workplace based on shared identities , characteristics , life experiences and beliefs . They support the D & I goals by fostering inclusive relationships and providing developmental opportunities . ​
